Shipping Policy
1) Self Pickup (Branch Collection)
Customers are welcome to collect purchased items at our branches during operating hours.
To avoid waiting time, customers are strongly advised to contact our Sales Representative (011-2575 5989) to confirm that the order is ready for pickup before coming.
Pickup Locations:
HQ: Kota Bharu, Kelantan
Mini Branch: Tanah Merah, Kelantan
Mini Branch: Pasir Tumboh, Kelantan
Orders will only be released to the customer (or authorised representative) upon verification of invoice/order details.
2) Local Courier (City-Link / Courier Delivery)
We offer courier delivery via City-Link (or an equivalent courier service depending on serviceability and operational conditions).
Estimated Delivery Time:
Typically 2–3 business days (Peninsular Malaysia).
Delivery timelines depend on the courier’s operational capacity, routing, public holidays, weather, and remote-area coverage.
Shipping Cut-Off & Dispatch:
Orders confirmed and packed before the daily cut-off (subject to branch operations) will be arranged for dispatch accordingly.
Dispatch may be delayed if additional testing/packing is required for safety, especially for PCs and fragile items.
Tracking Number:
A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Customers are advised to track the shipment directly with the courier and liaise with the courier for real-time delivery updates.
3) Packaging & Fragile Handling
Ralik Enterprise packs items with appropriate protection for courier handling.
Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If there is visible damage:
Take photos/videos immediately, and
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for guidance.
4) Delivery Address & Responsibility
Customers are responsible to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or address correction if the shipment fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
5) Shipping Risk, Loss & Insurance
Courier handling is performed by a third-party logistics provider. For higher-value shipments, customers are recommended to opt for shipping insurance where available.
If shipping insurance is selected (where applicable), the declared value and coverage will follow the courier/insurer terms.
If shipping insurance is not selected, any claim (loss/damage) will be subject to the courier’s basic liability coverage and claim process.
Ralik Enterprise will assist customers in submitting courier claims where required, but claim approval and compensation amount are determined by the courier/insurer.
6) Support-Related Reverse Pickup (Outside Kelantan) — Optional Note
For aftersales cases outside Kelantan that require physical inspection/repair, Ralik may arrange courier reverse pickup based on the support terms (e.g., Reverse Pickup Arrangement Fee: RM39 and optional insurance at 1% declared value, declared upfront).
